Casta Del Sol Golf Course Mission Viejo

The Casta Del Sol Golf Course is a public course situated just outside the guard gated entrance to a popular 55+ Community called Casta Del Sol. This is an Executive Course, designed to be played quickly, therefore, features a much higher percentage of Par 3s. The scaled down size of the course provides an excellent opportunity to practice your short game, while also providing a few Par 4 challenges for your driver, hybrids and long irons.

The Casta Del Sol Golf Course weekday rate is currently $29.75 before noon and $25.75 after noon. The weekend rates are $39.75 before noon and $29.75 after noon. You can save $10.00 by walking the course. There are reduced green fees for certain days and times. Give them your email address and they will send you information about discounted green fees. In fact, there are terrific discounts on holidays, if, you can convince the right family members to let you play. I suggest that you invite them to come with you. Even if they don’t golf, there’s much to see on the course.

The lakes and cascading streams create additional challenges for golfers, however, they also provide a beautiful sanctuary for migrating birds. While waiting for your turn to putt, sitting in the cart or walking about the course looking for your ball, you’re surrounded by natural beauty and wildlife. But nothing compares to spending time with someone you know or someone that you would like to know better.

Playing a round of golf creates a memory. It might be about the final score, an individual hole or a single stroke. It may have nothing to do with golf at all. The score may be written on a card, while the memory of the day will be etched in your mind or recorded on a camera. My memory is about the time that I spent with my 27 year old son, what we talked about and cherishing the time that we spent together, one on one. The price of a round of golf at Casta Del Sol Golf Course is nothing, compared to the priceless memory of that day.

Saddleback College Campus is located in the city of Mission Viejo near The Shops at Mission Viejo, a Simon Mall, and The Kaleidoscope Shopping Center. Both locations offer many opportunities for shopping, dining and entertainment.

As part of the California Community College System, Saddleback College was established in 1968 with an alumni of over 500,000.

The campus has convenient access for commuters. The Crown Valley Parkway or Avery Parkway exits would be good choices from the 5 Freeway.

Santa is not coming to town, because he’s already officially arrived in Mission Viejo by riding on top of a fire engine which delivered him safely at Santa’s Workshop.

He’s now waiting for kids to visit Santa’s Workshop located at The Civic Center adjacent to The Library at the intersection of Marguerite Parkway and La Paz Road.

Santa’s Work Shop Hours are from 6:00pm till 8:00pm on

How many schools in Orange County, California do you know that has a farm? I know one, it’s Mission Viejo High School located at the intersection of La Paz Road and Chrisanta Drive in the Master Planned Community of Mission Viejo.

The FFA (Future Farmers of America) program at Mission Viejo High School provides an exceptional opportunity for students to learn about agriculture, animals and leadership. This group participants in regional and statewide events like the Orange County Fair and believe in personal growth by involvement.

According to the FFA Mission Viejo Chapter Facebook Page “Today FFA is one of the largest youth organizations in the United States, with over 520,000 members in 7,439 chapters throughout all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.” That’s a lot of involvement and potential for personal growth.

As a parent that raised their children with involvement in 4H, I can personally attest to the benefits of participation in such worthwhile programs.

The FFA program at Mission Viejo High School is only one of the many benefits of living in the city of Mission Viejo. Trabuco Hills High School Campus

As a resident of Mission Viejo for the past 24 years, my children attended schools in the Saddleback Valley School District. They both went to Trabuco Hills High School.

My children

graduated from Trabuco Hills High School 10 and 13 years ago and the school

has changed a lot. The buildings are better, the parking is better and the sports facilities are better.

This distinguished school has won many honors, sporting events and is a major landmark in the community of Mission Viejo.
